Property Information
The properties available at Lotus Park are land and house packages,
which means you buy a section with plans for a specifically designed house to be built on that section.
Upon going unconditional to purchase you must pay 15% of the land price as a deposit. The balance of the land price is paid once the title is issued, which will be in the purchaser's name.
You will sign a separate contract with a nominated Certified Builder to build your house.
There are limited options in relation to changes to the exterior of your house, however changes can be made to the interior layout and finish along with a number of upgrade options.
The section you are buying is a freehold unit title with 2 private car parks (some may be external). The unit title is covered by a Body Corporate which manages the common areas for the benefit of all residents. Body Corporate fees will be approximately $40 per week. This excludes rates, but includes insurance and external maintenance.
In addition to the Body Corporate rules there are encumbrances on land titles to ensure the prestige and unique character of the environment and development are maintained.

Site works commenced last year and titles are expected to be issued April 2015. A show home is currently being built.
