Lotus Park offers a range of architect-designed homes that are eco-friendly and private within a gated community.

Each site has a specific house design, with all houses being two-storey with two car spaces. There are two house sizes available, with floor areas of 116m2 and 140m2. The 140m houses have different floor plans to choose from. All houses have ground floors with a 2.7 meter stud and capture abundant light with clerestory roofs and open plan living flowing to private outdoor areas.

Kitchens and bathrooms are beautifully tiled with large showers and quality fixtures and fittings. Purchasers will have a range of choices for house interiors and will meet with our professional consultants to select from a range of flooring options, interior colours, fixtures and fittings.

House exteriors are clad with designer series wall panels to ensure a stylish finish that is both durable and low maintenance.

Insulation and warmth are a special feature of our homes, with double glazed windows and high grade insulation.
