Sections 1 - 12 will be completed as the first stage (mid 2015), sections 13 - 20 will be the second stage (late 2015), and sections 21 - 28 as a third, later stage.
Sections are being offered as house and land packages, complete with fixed price full build contracts. This will provide purchasers with the benefits of choice for the interiors of their new home, but without any of the stress of a new build.
